It's my first cleanser with this consistency of thick cream, which leaves a strange film after washing off with water (as if you were trying to wash off Nivea :-D ) that's why I was a little uncomfortable the first time, but I got used to it so much that I really like it. I don't have to apply cream to my face in a flash so that it doesn't dry out right away, on the contrary, the film gives me extra time for a calm skin care routine. And a super bonus is that it lasts quite a long time, the packaging is large and you can squeeze out about 1cm of cleanser. It's my game changer and I really won't be willing to try anything else for a long time :-)
